Refund policy & Repairs
Breakages: Unfortunately delicate things can break. If this happens within the first 14 days of purchase due to a manufacturing fault, we’re happy to replace it.
Unfortunately we cannot take responsibility for broken chains. Please contact us if you’d like us to replace your chain for a fee. Subject to availability.
Silver, gold-plated jewellery: In terms of plating, yellow gold plating will wear off eventually. You can reduce this by keeping it away from perfume, sweat and water.
Returns & exchanges:
Within 14 days of receiving your item you may exchange or refund the item. Products being exchanged or returned must be unused, unworn, undamaged and properly protected. Please keep proof of receipt in order to receive an exchange. No exchanges granted
for items engraved/personalised. You will need to pay for postage when returning the item. We recommend using registered mail, as we are not liable for any items lost in the post.
